Starter Market – Store Policies

Shipping

  • Physical kits are made to order; please allow the listed amount of production time for each order.

  • U.S. orders ship via UPS with tracking.

  • International customers (including Canada) are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees charged upon delivery.

  • Please double-check your shipping address; we cannot refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

  • Digital products (STLs) are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Made-to-order physical products cannot be returned or canceled once production begins.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace affected components.

Taxes

  • Illinois sales tax applies to physical goods shipped within Illinois.

  • Digital products are not subject to U.S. sales tax.

  • VAT for digital goods (EU/UK) is handled automatically by Payhip.

  • International buyers of physical goods pay duties/taxes on delivery.
